I don't do it a lot. I agree that it's embarrassing as a PF blogger - we are supposed to be frugal and good examples... but sometimes it's OK to "let our hair down." As long as we're making our savings goals, what we do with our incomes - as long as we're not going into debt for it - should be our prerogative, right? I also get purchase blindness, where I will be standing in front of my closet with new clothes on hangers and exclaim "I have nothing to wear!!" It happens. :) I still have to decide what to bring to Easter brunch. If I make something, it will cost less but not be as good for you. If I just buy salad or fruit or a veggie tray, it will cost a ton more but be better for you. Decisions decisions.. I always get spending amnesia!
