I wish I'd have drank a whole pint, but it was a lame sports bar with bad taps. Yeah, actually a plastic cup of Guinness. There is nothing that can cost you more than poor health. It doesn't matter how much money you have if you don't have the health to enjoy life.

I want to encourage you to experiment with healthy snacks that are easy to carry and to stock your house with good stuff. When you look for healthy, look also for color and texture so it's a pleasure to eat (My snack of late is apples with natural unsalted peanut butter--juicy, sweet, crunchy, protein...). Don't be skimpy with good food (you don't have to get extravigant but this is a foundation): carrot sticks, nuts and dried fruit, fresh fruit. Put fresh fruit in a pretty basket so it's easy to grab, smells good, looks good.

Your body knows how to process as much fresh, whole stuff as you want to eat. From my experience, it's the processed stuff that gets people overweight.

Okay, this is too long...
Be well and many blessings! Hi, Okay, all my motherly instincts are kicking in. That's okay, five days in New York, I had pizza four times, hod dogs twice, bagel with cream cheese twice, and White Castle! Something about the road doesn't encourage good eating. If I'm lucky enough to time my flights correctly, I will eat at California Pizza Kitchen before I leave. Often the cheapest flights are from Terminal A, which has nothing great to speak of.
